Privacy
PayPal processes payment. Internet Apology may privately retain payment identifiers, payer data, and fraud/support information.
Public: apology text, submitted display name or handle, category, Penance, Forgive count, and co-sign public identity or note where submitted.
Private: PayPal payer information, IP hashes used to limit abuse, internal analytics IDs, and reports. PayPal identity is never used as the public byline.
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) are optional. They are denied by default until you accept. Necessary cookies include abuse-prevention tokens and your consent choice.
A Telegram operator bot may receive limited transactional notices (apology text, public amounts, public URL). It does not receive full PayPal payer records.
